About the Role

- Drive the end to end Global Shipping experience across Web, Native, and Backend platforms, ensuring a seamless and scalable seller journey
- Develop a compelling and iterative roadmap and launch plan that supports marketplace business growth goals and seller success metrics
- Own globally shared product elements while balancing regional complexity, ensuring solutions scale across geographies
- Collaborate with senior leaders across eBay’s management team to align plans with partners in core product, design, technology, and cross functional teams
- Influence without direct authority across a wide set of stakeholders, aligning multiple product teams and driving cohesive shipping experiences
- Champion a strong user interface and experience quality bar, ensuring intuitive, high quality, and consistent design across all seller touchpoints
- Demonstrate a relentless focus to listen to end users and feed their voice into product development process
- Create connections and processes across teams that will drive efficient cross team collaboration and clear alignment
- Create scalable processes and deliver with speed and transparency, leveraging AI tools and automation to improve productivity
- Practice a 'decide and go' mentality to prioritize and propel product development process forward to hit targets
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building products, deep expertise in customer focused product management and product development lifecycle
- Experience leading complex, multi phase strategic product(s) with a strong understanding of global marketplace nuances
- Exceptional analytical attitude with a successful track record of launching products with measurable impact on a global scale
- Advanced understanding in data analysis; able to self serve and work with analytics partners
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle from planning through deployment; experience using test and validation frameworks
- Experience working with design research and qualitative tools
- Strong product intuition with a sharp eye for UX/UI quality and experience consistency
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in highly cross functional environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track nuanced differences across geographies
- Strong, concise communicator and effective story teller
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate product development workflows
- Technical depth and proven experience building cohesive experiences across web, native mobile platforms, and backend systems

- Join the Seller Experience organization within eBay, focusing on end to end digital experiences for sellers.
- This role sits in the Inventory Management product organization, focusing on building the most simple and seamless way for sellers to list inventory on eBay.
- You will own the complete vision and end to end execution of the Global Shipping experience across Web, Native, and Backend platforms for sellers.

Additional Details
- Base pay range: C$133,200 C$177,800 per year.
- Total compensation may include target bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
