Sr. Product Manager - Foodics ERP

Define and execute the product strategy for Foodics ERP across the Middle East and Egypt.

Build an AI Native ERP platform deeply integrated with the Foodics Financial Services ecosystem.

Ensure the product supports end-to-end financial workflows for restaurants, from transaction capture to financial reporting.

Design ERP workflows compliant with regional tax authorities, including:

ZATCA (Saudi Arabia)

UAE VAT regulations

Egyptian Tax Authority

Other regional compliance frameworks.

Ensure the system supports VAT, e-invoicing, and regulatory reporting requirements across markets.

Develop AI-driven automation rules for bookkeeping and reconciliation to minimize manual finance tasks.

Enable AI-powered categorization of transactions from POS, payments, and expenses.

Design smart, AI Native ERP workflows tailored for restaurant operations.

Ensure seamless integration with:

Foodics POS

Foodics Payments

Inventory & purchasing

Payroll and expenses

Banking integrations

Build APIs and integrations with external financial systems where necessary.

Translate product vision into roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plans.

Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and financial experts.

Prioritize features based on customer value, regulatory requirements, and scalability.

Conduct market research on regional ERP solutions and regulatory environments.

Gather feedback from accountants, restaurant operators, and finance teams.

Identify opportunities to simplify financial workflows for SMEs and enterprise restaurant groups.

5-6 years of experience in Product Management; prior ERP experience is a must, and Fintech experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience building products with tax compliance or regulatory frameworks.

Ability to work with complex financial workflows and automation systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and finance.
