Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of BCM and IT disaster recovery frameworks.
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution with IT and technology teams.
• Assist with business impact analyses and risk assessments across business and IT functions.
• Track BCM and disaster recovery action plans and report progress to management.
• Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery documentation, recovery strategies, and procedures.
• Participate in tests, exercises, and simulations and support post-test improvement actions.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure BCM and disaster recovery requirements are implemented.
• Support regulatory, audit, and internal assessments related to BCM and IT resilience.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and metrics for management and committee reporting.

What We Are Looking For

• Two or more years of experience in BCM, IT disaster recovery, or IT risk and resilience roles.
• Strong understanding of disaster recovery technologies, IT infrastructure, and application recovery concepts.
• Knowledge of BCM lifecycle activities, including business impact analysis, risk assessment, strategy development, and testing.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SAMA related to BCM, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on BCM and IT or disaster recovery experience is required; the role is not open to fresh graduates.
