About Foodics

Product Strategy and ERP

• Define and execute the Foodics ERP product strategy across the Middle East and Egypt.
• Build an AI-native ERP platform integrated with the Foodics Financial Services ecosystem.
• Support end-to-end restaurant financial workflows from transaction capture to financial reporting.
• Design workflows compliant with ZATCA, UAE VAT, Egyptian Tax Authority, and other regional frameworks.
• Support VAT, e-invoicing, and regulatory reporting across markets.

Automation and Integrations

• Develop AI-driven automation for bookkeeping and reconciliation.
• Enable AI-powered categorization of transactions from POS, payments, and expenses.
• Design AI-native ERP workflows tailored to restaurant operations.
• Integrate with Foodics POS, payments, inventory and purchasing, payroll and expenses, and banking systems.
• Build APIs and integrations with external financial systems where necessary.

Product Execution

• Translate product vision into roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plans.
• Work with engineering, design, compliance, and financial experts.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, regulatory requirements, and scalability.
• Conduct market research on regional ERP solutions and regulatory environments.
• Gather feedback from accountants, restaurant operators, and finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify financial workflows for SMEs and enterprise restaurant groups.

What We Are Looking For

• Five to six years of experience in product management.
• Prior ERP experience is required; fintech experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience building products with tax compliance or regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work with complex financial workflows and automation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and finance.
