About Foodics

Product Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Foodics ERP product strategy across the Middle East and Egypt.
• Build an AI-native ERP platform integrated with Foodics Financial Services.
• Support restaurant financial workflows from transaction capture through financial reporting.
• Design workflows compliant with ZATCA, UAE VAT, Egyptian Tax Authority, and other regional frameworks.
• Support VAT, e-invoicing, and regulatory reporting across markets.
• Develop AI automation for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and transaction categorization.
• Design AI-native workflows tailored to restaurant operations.
• Integrate Foodics POS, payments, inventory, purchasing, payroll, expenses, and banking systems.
• Build APIs and integrations with external financial systems where necessary.
• Translate product vision into roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plans.
• Work with engineering, design, compliance, and financial experts.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, regulatory requirements, and scalability.

What We Are Looking For

• Five to six years of Product Management experience is required.
• Prior ERP experience is required, while fintech experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience building products with tax compliance or regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work with complex financial workflows and automation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with engineering, compliance, and finance teams.
