About the Role

- Build and complete the roadmap with engineering, data science, and design teams
- Identify and size opportunities for portfolio improvements using data to forecast business impact
- Prioritize features/improvements based on business value, user needs, effort, etc.
- Author A/B tests: build hypotheses, design test setup, define KPIs
- Implement tests and customer experience improvements
- Create PRDs, convey requirements to Engineering teams and jointly work through execution
- Create and maintain project plans; handle dependencies and ensure execution readiness
- Raise and help resolve project blockers; update Jira boards and supporting documentation
- Measure results: assess performance against KPIs, make recommendations for scaling decisions
- Continuously capture insights: analyze customer feedback, conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product, growth marketing, business, or consulting roles with a strong focus on customer conversion and performance optimization
- 2+ years of experience in e commerce or marketplace environments
- Proven experience owning and optimizing performance based lifecycle communications (email, push, in app, or similar)
- Strong experimentation mindset — ability to design hypotheses, forecast impact, run A/B tests, interpret results
- Deep comfort with metrics and data: defining success metrics, monitoring funnel and health KPIs
- Excellent product sense — ability to understand user intent, pain points, and context
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross functional initiatives end to end
- Highly organized, execution oriented, and detail driven
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or experimentation platforms

About the Team and the Role
- We are currently seeking a highly driven and proactive Senior Product Manager to join our Conversion Programs team at eBay.
- You will be at the forefront of crafting customer experiences through offer communications.
- Your mission will be to drive business growth and customer improvements by innovating and enhancing the multi channel communications portfolio across Email, Push Notifications, and Native Hub Notifications.
What You Will Accomplish
- Build and complete the roadmap with engineering, data science, and design teams.

Additional Details
- The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: CAD 133,200 CAD 177,800.
- Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
- The total compensation package may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
