- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and business objectives
- Lead end to end procurement activities for civil construction projects
- Manage sourcing of construction materials including cement, steel, concrete products, MEP materials, finishing materials, and heavy equipment
- Prepare and review RFQs, tenders, bid evaluations, and purchase orders
- Identify, evaluate, and develop local and international suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with vendors
- Coordinate with planning, engineering, commercial, and project teams to ensure procurement requirements are met

Role Overview
- The Procurement Manager will lead and manage the procurement function for large scale civil construction projects, ensuring timely sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, subcontract services, and project related resources.
- The role is responsible for vendor development, cost optimization, contract negotiations, procurement planning, and maintaining uninterrupted supply for project execution.
