About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage corporate secretarial activities for entities across the Gulf region and EMEA, including maintaining statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records
- Coordinate and prepare board and shareholder materials, including resolutions, minutes, and governance documentation
- Support the full entity lifecycle, including incorporations, restructurings, amendments, and dissolutions, ensuring compliance with local laws
- Lead and coordinate regulatory filings with relevant authorities, partnering with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Maintain and update legal entity management systems and document repositories, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness
- Monitor regulatory developments and support ongoing corporate governance and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions
- Support commercial teams with government portal filings, registrations, and licensing requirements to enable business operations
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders across Contracts, Finance, Legal, Sales, Tax, Treasury, and other departments
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and regional regulatory environments within Saudi Arabia and the Gulf
- Experience using government portals and managing regulatory filings and submissions
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and operate independently in a distributed, cross time zone environment

Overview
