Job Purpose
Lead and manage MEP engineering activities for assigned projects focused on swimming pools and water features.
Ensure design compliance, quality execution, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and finalize MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications for pools, water features, fountains, and related systems.
- Supervise installation of pool filtration, circulation, disinfection, heating, and water feature control systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Review and approve material submittals, technical data sheets, and method statements for pool mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and codes.
- Troubleshoot pool pumps, filtration, UV or ozone disinfection, chemical dosing, and automation or control systems.
- Ensure compliance with NSF, ANSI/APSP, and other relevant international standards and local codes.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients.
- Mentor and guide Project Engineers on-site.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
