The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

To ensure the reliability, availability, and safe operation of mechanical production equipment through effective preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement, while minimizing downtime and optimizing maintenance costs.

Maintenance Execution & Technical Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment breakdowns.

Provide technical support during critical breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical support, repairs, and spare parts.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:

Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, inspections, and checklists.

Monitor equipment condition and identify potential failures.

Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records.

Spare Parts & Technical Support:

Identify critical spare parts to ensure equipment availability.

Evaluate spare parts and coordinate with suppliers for procurement.

Support alternative supplier identification to improve availability and reduce costs.

Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting:

Read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.

Troubleshoot mechanical systems, rotating equipment, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, valves, and conveyors.

Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend effective corrective actions.

Support equipment modifications and reliability improvements.

Maintenance Coordination & Reliability:

Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime.

Prioritize maintenance tasks based on equipment criticality and production needs.

Coordinate specialized maintenance activities with contractors and service providers.

Safety & Quality:

Perform maintenance activities in accordance with safety procedures and LOTO requirements.

Ensure maintenance work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

HR Proficiency:

Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery:

Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.

Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
