Job Purpose
- The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of all marketing operations.
- This role ensures that marketing processes, campaigns, technologies, and analytics are aligned with the company's strategic goals, enhancing efficiency, brand visibility, and return on marketing investment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing operations frameworks, systems, and workflows to streamline campaign execution and reporting.
- Oversee marketing project management, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, including planning, tracking, and reporting of expenses and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Care, Projects) to ensure integrated marketing activities across the organization.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technologies, tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying insights and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support data driven decision making.
