Job Purpose

  • The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of all marketing operations.
  • This role ensures that marketing processes, campaigns, technologies, and analytics are aligned with the company's strategic goals, enhancing efficiency, brand visibility, and return on marketing investment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing operations frameworks, systems, and workflows to streamline campaign execution and reporting.
  • Oversee marketing project management, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, including planning, tracking, and reporting of expenses and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Care, Projects) to ensure integrated marketing activities across the organization.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technologies, tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying insights and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support data driven decision making.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, event organizers, and production vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Ensure brand compliance, marketing governance, and adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Support strategic planning for new project launches, events, sponsorships, and corporate campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor marketing coordinators, specialists, and project managers in executing day to day marketing operations.

  • Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of marketing execution.
