About the Role
Retal Urban Development Company is hiring an Architect Engineer in the Eastern Province to review building plans, develop designs, and support capital improvement projects. Requires a Bachelor's in Architecture and 1-3 years of experience.

- Review building plans and site design for aesthetics, environmental acceptability, compliance with codes and standards
- Develop new designs as per codes and standards and prepare plans and specifications
- Present project design to Client for review and make recommendations
- Develop cost estimates and coordinate implementation of capital improvement projects
- Support Client in commenting Contractor's IFC architectural drawings
- Participate in final inspection of improvement projects and make recommendations
- Act as Lead Worker over subordinate professional staff
- Prepare reports and correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 1 3 years of experience in Architecture Design
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Codes and standards
- Extensive knowledge of international codes and standards, mainly International Building Code
- Extensive knowledge in industrial buildings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microstation

Overview / Responsibilities
- Review building plans and site design for aesthetics, environmental acceptability, compliance with codes and standards and accessibility requirements.
- Develop new design as per codes and standards and prepare plans and specifications where needed.
- Present project design to Client for review and make recommendations to meet their needs.
- Develop cost estimates, and coordinate implementation of capital improvement projects and develop construction bid proposals.
- Support the Client in commenting the Contractor's IFC architectural drawings.
- Participate in final inspection of improvement projects and make recommendation regarding acceptance of construction work.
- Act as a Lead Worker over the activities of subordinate professional staff.
- Prepare reports and correspondence.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with wood CORE Values.
- Ensure all work to be carried out with a positive attitude towards safety.
- Contribute to the group as a discipline technical Specialist as required.
- Provide technical and architectural design support to Projects as Lead Architect where required.
Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 1 3 years of experience in Architecture Design.
- Saudi Aramco Codes and standards with excellent safety awareness.
- Extensive knowledge of all international codes and standards, mainly the International Building Code.
- Extensive knowledge in industrial buildings.
- Extensive knowledge in Autocad and Microstation.
