- Supervise maintenance activities (preventive & corrective) for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and civil works
- Manage soft services (hospitality, housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping) to ensure service quality standards
- Coordinate and monitor contractors and service providers; ensure compliance with contracts and HSE requirements
- Conduct routine inspections; identify issues and ensure timely corrective actions
- Manage and track service requests via CAFM/helpdesk; ensure timely closure
- Maintain records, logs, and prepare operational reports
- Monitor stores/inventory, supplies and report on status
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and Civil Defense regulations
- Support energy efficiency, sustainability, and emergency response activities
- Process Purchase Requests/Good Receipts Notice through Oracle System
- Follow up on POs & Payments for service providers/suppliers
Requirements
- Experience in facility management, preferably 4 6 years
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and civil works
- Experience managing soft services (hospitality, housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping)
- Familiarity with CAFM/helpdesk systems
- Proficiency in Oracle system for purchase requests and goods receipts
- Knowledge of HSE and Civil Defense regulations
- Strong organizational and reporting skills

Job Overview
