As a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Solutions , you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies by collaborating with clients and internal teams. Your focus will be on uncovering insights and opportunities to strengthen the bond between customers and your clients' brands. You will drive customer-centric marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall brand advocacy. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to boost customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Solutions that has experience in brand, creative and social/digital strategy to lead our strategic offering in our Brand Engagement practice. Job requirements A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. You have 10+ years of proven experience, either within an agency or collaborating with one, where you have developed and led strategies for clients across various industries, with a particular focus with brand, creative, digital and social strategy. You have experience architecting and leading comprehensive digital and social media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, with a proven track record of using these capabilities to successfully anchor and win cross-practice new business pitches. Deep expertise in digital innovation and advanced social analytics, with the ability to translate platform trends, community engagement metrics, and attribution models into actionable strategies that drive measurable brand advocacy and customer lifetime value. An advanced understanding of clients' brands, businesses, cultures, consumers, and competitive landscapes. Demonstrated exceptional abilities in identifying opportunities that enhance customer experiences and foster deeper engagement with clients' brands. A proven track record of building meaningful relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, and adeptly identifying and solving problems throughout the customer journey using various platforms. Excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational, collaboration, and professional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to deliver compelling strategies through exceptional storytelling. Strong ability to build relationships as a core competency, both within cross-functional teams internally and externally. Exhibit expertise that highlights your agility in adapting approaches to best deliver strategies for your clients. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, displaying quantitative curiosity and a robust understanding of data, leveraging it effectively to derive insights that drive your strategies. Bring experience in customer lifecycle development, along with a positive, optimistic, personable, and passionate attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Strong level of expertise using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced hands-on functional knowledge. Familiarity and experience with data analysis software, including hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Dynamics is preferred). Willingness to travel throughout Canada and the United States as required. Job responsibilities Lead the strategic process for your assigned accounts/projects, overseeing every stage from identifying opportunities to defining them, gaining insights, and authoring creative strategies. Represent Brand Engagement for integrated new logo efforts. Collaborate closely with the client team to unearth opportunities within client accounts, utilizing insights to shape both digital and creative strategy. Work collaboratively to define campaign strategies, analyze and scrutinize client briefs and associated materials, identify core issues, information gaps, and success factors. Conduct research to generate meaningful insights to guide strategies, drawing from diverse resources such as technology, culture, media, and competitive analysis. Work collaboratively with SMEs and various experts both internally and externally as needed. Provide advisory to our creative team throughout their design processes, ensuring alignment with strategy and business objectives. Lead client presentations. Demonstrate a deep understanding of audience, market and cultural trends through qualitative insights complementing quantitative data. Evaluate both qualitative and quantitative research and insights into pre- and post-campaign analysis. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact for strategic matters. Track and analyze the performance of implemented strategies, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization. Job benefits Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $98,600 to $136,800 CAD annually.
