Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a world-class organization responsible for growing all flows between businesses and governments, from small businesses to the largest global corporations.
The SMB Products team within VCS works closely with VCS sales teams as well as with financial institutions and fintech's to bring payment solutions that meet the needs of growth corporates, large enterprises, multinationals, governments, public sector entities, and small businesses around the world.
The team is responsible for the product development and management of a comprehensive array of solutions that meet the needs of these organizations.
These solutions target such important segments as Fleet and Mobility, B2B Travel and Corporate Travel, AP/AR payments, and Small Business (SMB).
The Sr.
Manager, SMB Benefits, plays a central role in developing Visa’s small business benefits proposition.
Each benefit represents an important component to Visa’s global SMB strategy, culminating in a winning proposition that makes Visa the best way to pay and be paid.
The Sr.
Manager role sits at the intersection of product strategy, partnerships, and commercialization and is responsible for sourcing and negotiating high quality benefit partners that elevate the Global SMB value proposition including marketing, enrollment programs & budget.
This role will partner with the broader Visa benefits organization, local stakeholders including product & sales leads, external partners, finance, accounting and more to run our global benefits organization as a business unit within the Visa Commercial Solutions Small Business product team
The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with the ability to influence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
He/she must have proven experience in building and commercializing innovative products that deliver substantial value propositions to the market.
This role requires strategic leadership, innovation, collaboration, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
He/she is creative and hands-on, has a bias towards action and is able to inspire others with his/her vision.

Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Deep product management experience within commercial/B2B payments & Small Business software (including agentic capabilities and advanced small business software providers)
- Prior experience with cardholder incentives or card products is a plus
- Experience developing thoughtful narratives to drive the value proposition of each benefit thru to adoption
- Ability to own and manage a dynamic budget across multiple stakeholders in multiple regions
- Proven track record of developing and executing a product vision for successful products based on a deep understanding of customer needs
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements with external partners
- Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new opportunities to innovate and differentiate with evidence of tangible business results
- Experience managing and developing strong partnerships across cross-functional teams within matrixed organizations to influence and create roadmaps
- Excellent ability to develop and communicate strategy, and secure internal investment for products
- Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
- Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and competence to influence across multiple levels and organizations including internal and external stakeholders
