Key responsibilities:

Proven experience in driving enterprise in reliability strategy and governance

Strong expertise in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and risk-based maintenance frameworks

Ability to standardize reliability practices and engineering guidelines across plants

Deep experience in RCA, FMEA/FMECA, and failure elimination programs

Demonstrated impact on improving MTBF, reducing MTTR, and enhancing asset availability

Strong capability in predictive and condition-based maintenance (vibration, monitoring tools)

Expertise in reliability analytics and data-driven decision-making using SAP PM / ERP

Experience in utilities and critical pharma systems (HVAC, water, boilers, compressors)

Ability to integrate reliability KPIs into plant and leadership governance

Proven track record in asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategy optimization

Strong understanding of pharma compliance (USFDA, MHRA, GMP requirements)

Experience in spares optimization aligned with equipment criticality and risk

Exposure to automation, Industry 4.0, and reliability-focused technology upgrades

Ability to build and upskill teams, driving a reliability-focused culture

· Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes (uptime, cost, reliability)
