Strategy and AI-Powered Innovation

• Define and evolve a People Analytics vision and roadmap from reporting-led to insight-led and eventually predictive analytics.
• Translate business and HR priorities into a realistic, sequenced roadmap and define workforce metrics and KPIs.
• Pilot GenAI tools for self-service insights, natural-language querying, and automated narrative reporting.
• Build AI and data literacy across HR and champion responsible AI use with bias awareness, transparency, and human oversight.
• Monitor the evolving AI and data regulatory landscape and flag emerging requirements to leadership.

Technology and Continuous Improvement

• Shape a scalable, efficient, and automated People Analytics technology ecosystem.
• Partner with IT and Digital teams on enterprise platforms and AI-enabled capabilities within Workday and adjacent tools.
• Continuously enhance reporting and analytics capabilities and implement data integrity controls with HR, Finance, and IT.
• Monitor and enhance analytics solutions as business needs change.

Analytics and Data Storytelling

• Personally design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations across multiple data sources, primarily using Power BI and Python/R.
• Define analytical approaches for complex employee and organizational questions.
• Turn complex data into clear narratives that drive leadership action.
• Create intuitive, scalable dashboards for HR business partners and executive leaders.
