Analytics and visualization
- Design and run statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and hypothesis testing for employee and organizational questions.
- Use Python or R to build models, test hypotheses, and generate insights beyond static reporting.
- Create visualizations and actionable dashboards for workforce trends.
- Build, maintain, and tune Power BI dashboards and reports.
Data management
- Extract, validate, clean, transform, and combine workforce data from Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Develop understanding of core HR, talent, and organizational data structures.
- Resolve data discrepancies between Workday and downstream systems with HR Operations and IT.
- Build and maintain data models and document sources, logic, and definitions.
Governance and collaboration
- Operate within data governance standards and help strengthen them as the function matures.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.
- Validate data, identify quality risks, and maintain consistent HR metric and KPI definitions.
- Partner with HR and global business stakeholders and communicate insights clearly.
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or a related field.
- Working proficiency in Python or R and practical experience with data science techniques.
- Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboard development, performance tuning, and maintenance.
