Role Summary
The Business Process Integration Senior Analyst analyzes and decomposes business processes and integrates requirements between the Business Process CoE and technology teams.
The role helps design system enablers for future-state processes and stays connected with end users and business partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Support global Enterprise Technology Business Process CoE projects within scope, benefits, and timelines.
- Lead business process discussions, workshops, presentations, and solution validation with end users.
- Coordinate planning, tracking, testing, error diagnosis, and corrective actions.
- Design reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and user authorizations.
- Define processes and provide input to system configuration decisions.
- Identify, document, escalate, and resolve issues.
- Develop process documentation, presentations, training materials, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Support system testing, data conversion, end-user training, stabilization, hypercare, and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of implementation and integration experience.
- At least 5 years across multiple business processes, including Sales and Distribution in fashion.
