Role overview
Provide senior operational leadership and cross-functional coordination across the MCC's examination programs and preparatory products.
Translate strategic priorities into coordinated operational plans that support consistent examination delivery.
Drive operational consistency, quality improvement, and better candidate experience across examination programs.
The role is full time, permanent, based in Ottawa, and hybrid.
Key responsibilities
- Implement departmental priorities and promote consistent operational practices.
- Oversee operational and budget planning, resource coordination, readiness, and business continuity planning.
- Resolve complex delivery, resource, risk, and cross-functional coordination issues.
- Lead operational transformation projects that improve examination delivery, efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
- Implement new assessment models, technologies, systems, and delivery approaches.
- Build relationships with internal teams, vendors, partners, and examination contributors.
- Coordinate with examination-related committees and working groups.
- Lead and support managers and professional staff responsible for examination operations.
