Role overview
The Senior Manager, Assessment Operations & Integration provides senior operational leadership across physician examination programs and preparatory products.
The role translates strategic priorities into coordinated operational plans and supports consistent, high-quality examination delivery.
The position reports to the Executive Director, Assessment, and works with managers and subject matter experts across the Assessment department.
What you'll do
- Provide operational leadership and coordination across examination programs and preparatory products.
- Oversee operational and budget planning, resource coordination, readiness activities, and business continuity planning.
- Lead complex delivery, resource, risk, and cross-functional coordination issue resolution.
- Lead projects and operational transformation initiatives that improve examination delivery, efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
- Implement new assessment models, technologies, systems, and delivery approaches.
- Build relationships with internal teams, vendors, operational partners, and examination contributors.
- Lead and support managers and professional staff responsible for examination operations.
- Coach managers dealing with complex operational and people-related issues.
