- Manage leasing activities for residential/commercial properties, achieving target occupancy rates.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions with clients.
- Prepare, review, and execute tenancy agreements in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and renewals.
- Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and tenant turnover to maximize portfolio performance.
- Generate regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy, and market trends for management review.
- Perform additional tasks or support cross functional initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leasing, preferably within retail, shopping mall, or mixed use development environments.
- Experience negotiating lease agreements and maintaining positive tenant relationships.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams to streamline move ins, renewals, and overall property management.
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
