We are hiring Sr Identity Engineer
Role - Sr Identity Engineer Location - Bengaluru Experience - 5+ Years
Role Overview
The Senior Identity Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, automation, and operational excellence of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities.
This role partners closely with Info Security, IT, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and automated identity solutions across cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments.
Identity & Access Management Engineering
- Design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM solutions leveraging platforms such as Okta, Active Directory, and Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Optimize the identity lifecycle for human and non‑human identities through automation.
- Engineer secure authentication, authorization, and SSO integrations.
- Implement Role Base Access (RBAC) and Just‑In‑Time (JIT) access and provisioning models.
Privileged Access Management (Pam)
- Implement InfoSec best practices to secure administrative and elevated access.
- Enforce least privilege, time‑bound access, approval workflows, and session governance.
Automation & Engineering Excellence
- Build automation‑first IAM solutions.
- Develop scripts and workflows to automate provisioning, access enforcement, and deprovisioning.
