- Monitor high risk activities and ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) and safety management systems
- Deliver HSSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs
- Track and report HSSE performance metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives
- Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills and crisis management
- Monitor contractor HSSE performance and ensure adherence to safety requirements
- Ensure environmental compliance through waste management, pollution prevention, and monitoring

Overview
- We are looking for Sr. HSSE Officer for Oil & Gas project in Dubai. The candidate must have experience as Sr. HSSE Officer in Gas pipelines construction. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, procedures, client requirements, and regulatory standards across all operations.
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify hazards and implement effective control measures.
- Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and monitor closure of corrective actions.
- Monitor high risk activities and ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) and other safety management systems.
- Deliver HSSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.
- Track and report HSSE performance metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives to management.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills, emergency response planning, and crisis management.
- Monitor contractor HSSE performance and ensure adherence to company and client safety requirements.
- Ensure environmental compliance through effective waste management, pollution prevention, and environmental monitoring.
Experience
- Minimum 8–12 years of HSSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in upstream, midstream, downstream, EPC, drilling, production, or maintenance operations.
- Proven experience managing contractor safety and high risk activities.
- Experience with major oil and gas operators and international standards.
Pay
- AED9,000.00 AED10,000.00 per hour
