- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Project Manager and project team
- Prepare, format, and maintain project correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Manage incoming and outgoing project documents, letters, transmittals, and emails
- Maintain an organized filing system for project records, drawings, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and project related logistics
- Track document submissions, approvals, and project deliverables to ensure timely follow up
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, progress updates, and project presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of project information and company records
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding administrative matters
- Support onboarding and mobilization of project personnel, including documentation and records management
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth day to day administrative operations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project documentation requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, or industrial projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong document management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced project environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Overview

- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED5,000.00 per hour
