Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily rigging and lifting activities on site
- Ensure all lifting operations are executed in accordance with approved lift plans, risk assessments, and company procedures
- Lead riggers, banksmen, and lifting crews during routine and critical lifting operations
- Conduct pre lift inspections of cranes, lifting gear, slings, shackles, spreader beams, and other lifting accessories
- Verify that all lifting equipment is properly certified, inspected, and fit for use
- Monitor compliance with HSE policies, industry standards, and client requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and pre job meetings
- Coordinate with crane operators, lifting engineers, construction teams, and project management
- Identify and mitigate lifting hazards and stop unsafe work when necessary
- Maintain records of lifting equipment inspections, certifications, and lifting activities
- Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe work practices within the lifting operation area
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in a relevant discipline preferred
- Minimum 7 10 years of rigging experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or EPC projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Rigging Supervisor role
- Strong knowledge of lifting operations, crane activities, and rigging techniques
- Ability to read and interpret lift plans, load charts, and engineering drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and safe lifting practices

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all rigging and lifting activities for our Oil & Gas operations.
- The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant lifting operations while leading rigging crews and maintaining the highest HSE standards.
