Responsibilities
- Develop impactful visual concepts and produce high quality creative assets across digital, print, and multimedia platforms
- Ensure all design work adheres to established brand identity and corporate guidelines
- Produce and oversee artwork such as infographics, animation assets, videos, packaging designs, mockups, and production ready materials
- Translate marketing and business requirements into creative solutions for GCC audiences
- Collaborate with marketing, communication, and digital teams to deliver cohesive creative outputs
- Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency before final production
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the regional market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
- Native Arabic speaker with strong professional proficiency in English
- 6–8 years of proven experience in graphic design with strong portfolio
- Hands on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, motion/animation tools, and basic video editing software
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and corporate environments

Job Purpose
- The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of visually compelling and culturally relevant design solutions that strengthen brand identity and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Requires strong creative leadership, hands on design expertise, and deep understanding of GCC cultural norms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop impactful visual concepts and produce high quality creative assets across multiple formats, including digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Ensure all design work strictly adheres to established brand identity, visual standards, and corporate guidelines.
- Produce and oversee artwork such as infographics, animation assets, videos, packaging designs, mockups, and production ready materials.
- Translate marketing and business requirements into creative solutions that are engaging, effective, and culturally appropriate for GCC audiences.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communication, and digital teams to deliver cohesive and on brand creative outputs.

Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Native Arabic speaker with strong professional proficiency in English.
- 6–8 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating multi format creative work.
- Hands on experience with industry standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, motion/animation tools, and basic video editing software).
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and corporate environments.
