The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA), FP&A International for APAC region plays a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the markets across APAC region .
This role partners closely with market finance leaders to deliver high‑quality financial insights, enable data‑driven decision‑making, and support delivery of business objectives.
The position offers strong exposure to international finance operations within a global MedTech organization and the opportunity to influence business performance in a dynamic, high‑growth region.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.
In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Key Responsibilities
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning processes for the markets across APAC region
Prepare and analyze financial results, including P&L performance, variance analysis, and key performance indicators.
Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business initiatives, investments, and strategic decisions.
Support month‑end close activities by reviewing results, ensuring data accuracy, and explaining variances to plan and prior periods.
Provide clear and concise financial insights and presentations for senior management and regional leadership.
Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and standard methodologies across the markets
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
Experience and Skills
Required:
2–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
Preferred:
Experience supporting APAC regional or APAC markets FP&A activities.
Exposure to MedTech, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Experience in a multinational, shared services, or matrixed environment.
Familiarity with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, TM1, BRAVO).
Progress toward or completion of a professional finance qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
Other:
Languages: Fluent in English (required).
Travel: Up to 10%, primarily regional.
Certifications: CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred).
