Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business users, ERP teams, architects and executives.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities across finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, customer service and reporting.
• Define future-state processes, transformation roadmaps, solution architectures, use cases and delivery plans.
• Design integrations with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, JD Edwards and related systems.
• Define safe AI agent interactions with ERP data and business processes.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, integration architects, UX designers and delivery teams.
• Define governance controls, access roles, approvals, audit requirements and segregation of duties.
• Support proposals, estimates, testing, deployment and production rollout.
• Develop reusable ERP and AI solution accelerators, frameworks and best practices.

Required Experience

• At least 8 years of experience in ERP, enterprise architecture, consulting, solution architecture or digital transformation.
• Experience with at least one major ERP platform: SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP or JD Edwards.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and leading discovery sessions or workshops.
• Experience mapping current-state and future-state business processes.
• Strong understanding of ERP integrations, security, governance and architecture.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Practical experience with automation, workflow technologies and AI-related solutions.

Business Process Expertise

• Procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report and invoice processing.
• Vendor onboarding, inventory management, supply chain planning and manufacturing operations.
• Plant maintenance, warehouse operations, financial reconciliation and master data management.
• Approval, exception handling and enterprise workflow processes.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Direct SAP and Oracle experience, including SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, SAP Fiori or SAP CAP.
• SAP Joule, SAP clean-core principles, Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• JD Edwards Orchestrator, modernization projects, ServiceNow and workflow platforms.
• AI agents, LLMs, RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, MCP and AI governance.
• Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI or similar platforms.
• Integration technologies including APIs, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, OData, SOAP and REST.
• SQL, enterprise data concepts, data quality, governance and master data management.
• Change management, testing, release governance, production support and stakeholder management.

Consulting and Client Skills

• Lead business and IT discovery discussions and understand business needs before proposing technology solutions.
• Explain ERP and AI concepts in business-friendly language.
• Work effectively with executives, business leaders, ERP teams and architects.
• Define use cases, business value and delivery approaches, and support proposals, estimates and Statements of Work.
• Build trust and credibility with clients while remaining practical and solution-focused.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Enterprise transformation and ERP consulting experience are valued over academic credentials alone.

Location and Travel

• The role is remote in Dubai, UAE.
• Approximately 25% travel is expected for client engagements, workshops, partner meetings and industry events.
