About the Role
TAQA Distribution seeks a Senior Engineer for Power OT Security to support the integration of OT cybersecurity during system development and ensure the security of OT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Assist in integrating OT cybersecurity during the development phases of OT systems, software, networks, etc.
- Detect vulnerabilities and risks associated with OT hardware and software.
- Safeguard the OT infrastructure of ADDC.
- Establish, operate, and maintain DMZs, firewalls, and security patches for the OT infrastructure.
- Recognize attacks and intrusions, implementing preventive measures.
- Ensure the prompt recovery of systems.
- Oversee backups and the application of security patches.
- Identify potential threats and escalate concerns to senior management or local authorities.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in security and technology.
- Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of cybersecurity awareness training for colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (desired)
- 6 years of relevant working experience (desired)
