About the Role

- Provide functional support, administration, and configuration assistance for TAQA's ServiceNow platform
- Support ServiceNow module configuration including incident, problem, change, and service request management
- Assist in development and maintenance of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and automation flows
- Maintain ServiceNow functional documentation and platform configuration records
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patch deployments, and new module implementations
- Coordinate with IT service management and business teams to understand requirements and implement configuration changes
- Apply AI powered ServiceNow features (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence) to improve service request handling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant working experience

Job Summary

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant working experience.

- Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- 6 years of relevant working experience.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls.
- Ensure all reports are completed timely and comply with business policies and standards.
- Manage preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports.
