Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily operations of the power network in VIP and remote areas, ensuring stability, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues in the power system, coordinating with maintenance teams to implement corrective actions.
- Conduct real time performance monitoring and data analysis to optimize system reliability and efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and automation systems aimed at improving operational performance.
- Ensure that all operational procedures and safety protocols are strictly adhered to by field teams.
- Collaborate with control centers to manage power flow, respond to incidents, and maintain consistent communication during outages or operational disruptions.
- Assist in the scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with O&M teams.
- Contribute to the development of operational reports and recommendations based on performance data and system analysis.
- Provide technical support to field engineers and maintenance crews, ensuring they have the resources needed to maintain optimal network performance.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance network performance, reduce downtime, and implement predictive maintenance strategies.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant working experience
General Responsibilities
- Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy.
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business and Transco’s policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports.
- Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
