Responsibilities
- Provide day to day functional support and administration for TAQA's FSM platform, resolving functional incidents and user queries
- Support FSM functional configuration activities including work order scheduling rules, technician skill sets, dispatch zones, and mobile application configuration updates
- Maintain FSM functional documentation including configuration guides, process maps, and mobile application user guides
- Support FSM integration monitoring with EAM and GIS systems, assisting in the investigation and resolution of functional interface issues
- Assist in FSM enhancement projects, supporting requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities
- Provide FSM functional training and user support to TAQA's field technicians and dispatch coordinators
- Apply AI powered scheduling optimisation features to improve field workforce utilisation and first time fix rates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with FSM platform (Oracle Field Service, ServiceMax, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of work order scheduling and dispatch management
- Experience with FSM EAM integration

Job summary
- To provide functional support, configuration assistance, and user support for TAQA Distribution's Field Service Management (FSM) system, contributing to the reliable operation and continuous improvement of field service operations capabilities.
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Provide day to day functional support and administration for TAQA's FSM platform (Oracle Field Service, ServiceMax, or equivalent), resolving functional incidents and user queries from field operations and dispatch teams.
- Support FSM functional configuration activities including work order scheduling rules, technician skill sets, dispatch zones, and mobile application configuration updates.
- Maintain FSM functional documentation including configuration guides, process maps, and mobile application user guides for field operations teams.
- Support FSM integration monitoring with EAM and GIS systems, assisting in the investigation and resolution of functional interface issues.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant working experience
