Job Purpose

Conceptual Design and Development

• Reflect brand and product identity through creative approaches to layout, composition, styling, and color for print and digital media.
• Develop creative graphics and marketing content for product branding and advertising.
• Archive the product visual database, including color corrections, and make it available for business needs.
• Maintain subject knowledge through research and study.

Supervision and Collaboration

• Supervise and lead the graphic design team.
• Supervise brand aesthetics and ensure deliverables represent the EXA brand effectively.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with creative ideas.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop packaging ideas suited to client needs.

Deliverables

• Design cost-effective, attractive, and safe packaging for commercial products.
• Design marketing and sales collateral from concept execution through final output.
• Monitor marketing communications design schedules and provide progress reports.
• Ensure delivered products and services follow company policies and standards.

People Leadership

• Train subordinates and form an effective team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates.
• Delegate assignments to subordinates and distribute tasks fairly to support morale and motivation.

Operational Accountability

• Complete planned activities according to delivery schedules and operational and development targets.
• Use resources effectively to achieve objectives within cost and time expectations.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve related problems and escalate complex operational issues.

Qualifications and Competencies

• The stated academic qualification is a diploma degree.
• Four to six years of work experience is specified.
• Technical and functional competencies include design specifications and design tools.
