Sr Consultant I- Project Manager

Role Overview

Education and Experience

• A full-time graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
• The role requires 9–12 years of relevant experience.

Project and Workflow Management

• Manage creative projects, timelines, workflows, and design resource utilization across regions and asset types.
• Allocate projects to production and design resources based on capacity, expertise, timing, and project needs.
• Keep task workflows and project statuses current within the project management tool.
• Coordinate multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities and stakeholder needs.

Creative Intake and Delivery

• Meet internal clients to establish creative project requirements.
• Support project intake, validation, creative brief development, and request form entry.
• Review briefs to ensure designers have the information and resources needed for delivery.
• Work with designers to remove barriers, clarify requirements, and support timely delivery.

Quality and Process Improvement

• Provide QA/QC oversight for timeliness, accuracy, brand alignment, and quality.
• Apply proactive problem-solving and process discipline to improve creative project flow.
• Help foster creativity, inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong project management skills for creative deliverables, timelines, workflows, and resource utilization.
• Experience with a project management tool is critical.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and creative production tools.
• Ability to support intake validation, workflow assignment, status tracking, and reporting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Workplace

• The position is based in Bangalore, Whitefield and follows an in-office working style.
• A cab facility is provided.
