- Lead regulatory initiatives on behalf of Commercial Banking and Wealth Management teams
- Act as Regulatory Subject Matter Expert and collaborate with Legal and Compliance partners
- Develop solutions in compliance with regulations with focus on employee and client experience
- Manage and execute strategic regulatory initiatives, delivering on CAO goals
- Provide analysis and enhancements of strategic processes to support implementation and sustainment
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs)
Requirements
- Experience in regulatory implementation and change management
- Ability to synthesize complex regulations and translate to recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle complexity and competing priorities
- Self starter with ability to deal with ambiguity

What You’ll Be Doing
- As Sr. Consultant, Regulatory Initiatives for Commercial Banking and Wealth Management, you will lead regulatory initiatives.
- You will become the Regulatory SME, work with Legal and Compliance, and develop solutions in compliance with regulations.
How You’ll Succeed
- Manage and execute Strategic Regulatory Initiatives, delivering on CAO goals.
- Take ownership of regulatory change impact and ensure alignment to regulations and strategic goals.
- Embed change management methodology and maintain focus on employee and client experience.
- Become the regulatory SME and provide leadership, specialized regulatory advice and integration support.
- Proactively identify risks and creatively resolve problems.
- Provide analysis and enhancements of strategic processes with focus on simplification and automation.
- Manage strategic KPIs and KRIs to ensure successful delivery and sustainment.
- Forge strong relationships with various teams.
- Act both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Manage communications and risks proactively.
