Job Summary
The company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 10–12 years of expertise managing and executing residential and commercial construction projects.
The role oversees on-site construction activities, quality, timelines, safety, and coordination with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and internal departments.
- Monitor progress, construction quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
- Resolve technical, design, and execution issues arising at the site.
- Verify quantities, monitor material consumption, inspect workmanship, and evaluate contractor performance.
- Maintain site documentation, measurements, progress reports, and quality records.
- Support planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with construction codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
