Manage and supervise day-to-day MEP construction activities at project sites.

7–10 years of experience in MEP project execution within residential and commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV, and building services systems.
Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance coordination.
Ability to review and interpret MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
Strong experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Good understanding of MEP design coordination and clash resolution.
Knowledge of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory approvals.
Excellent project coordination, execution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
