Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business heads to fulfill manpower requirements for premium residential and commercial developments.
- Drive employer branding and manage onboarding, induction, and new-hire integration.
- Drive the Performance Management System, including goals, KRAs, KPIs, monitoring, and annual appraisals.
- Monitor performance metrics and advise leadership on productivity, retention, and capability enhancement.
- Support succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, grievance resolution, recognition, and retention.
- Oversee HRMS, attendance, confirmation, transfers, exits, employee lifecycle processes, and exit interviews.
- Ensure policy compliance, statutory adherence, accurate reporting, and corrective actions based on attrition trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Expertise in talent hiring, HR operations, and the Performance Management System.
Location and Work Schedule
- The role is located in Khar, Mumbai.
- Work is in person.
- Working hours are 10:00 to 19:00 on working days, with two Saturdays off.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹700,000 to ₹1,000,000 per year.

- The role is full-time.
