About the Role
We are seeking a Senior CCIE Engineer for a 1-year contract in Dubai. The role involves advanced L3/L4 troubleshooting, handling incidents, and supporting network and security infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced L3/L4 level troubleshooting.
- Handle incidents, severity management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate with principal vendors and lead incidents as a senior resource.
- Support project and operations teams for network and security issues.
- Represent the support team and support infrastructure.
- Perform quarterly health checks and present monthly meetings.
- Work on weekends for upgrade activities and prepare upgrade proposals.
Requirements
- Cisco Nexus & Catalyst Switches experience
- CCIE Written certification
- Cisco SDA / DNAC experience
- Palo Alto Firewall & Panorama experience
- FortiGate Firewall experience (MUST)
- Load Balancers with GSLB & WAF Experience (Citrix, F5)
- Cisco ASA & FTD/FMC experience
- Cisco ACI experience (will help in support)
- Azure Cloud Networking (good to have)

Key Requirements
- Cisco Nexus & Catalyst Switches

- Azure Cloud Networking (Good to have)
CORE Responsibilities
- Advance L3 / L4 level Troubleshooting skills
- Experience to handle Incidents, Severity & RCA
