Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in M&A, business development, transaction execution, and project financing
- Experience in downstream industry (refining, petrochemicals, retail, lubricants)
- Ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia on a permanent basis
- MBA preferred
- PMP, CMA, or CFA certification preferred
