Role Overview
Support business and technology initiatives across insurance, financial systems, reporting, and corporate accounting.
Identify business needs, improve operational efficiency, enhance reporting accuracy, and align technology solutions with business requirements.
Work with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, testers, vendors, and technical teams to support solution delivery and continuous improvement.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria, support Agile delivery, facilitate UAT, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to solution design and root cause analysis.

Position Summary
Support business and technology initiatives across insurance, financial systems, reporting, and corporate accounting.
Identify business needs, improve operational efficiency, enhance reporting accuracy, and align technology solutions with business requirements.
Work with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, testers, vendors, and technical teams to support solution delivery and continuous improvement.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria, support Agile delivery, facilitate UAT, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to solution design and root cause analysis.
Contract and Location
- The contract length is 12 months.
- The role is remote from within Canada.
- Government of Canada Reliability Status is required or must be obtainable before the contract start date.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for insurance and financial management platforms.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
