Position Summary
The Solutions Analyst is a client-facing role responsible for understanding, analyzing, and documenting client needs.
The role translates client needs into actionable requirements for Product and Development teams and works with stakeholders to identify gaps and risks.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is permanent and full-time.
- The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week on-site in either Toronto, Ontario, or Montreal, Quebec.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client requirements workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs, processes, objectives, and outcomes.
- Translate client needs into business and functional requirements, workflows, user stories, and documentation.
- Work with Product, Development, clients, and third-party vendors to clarify requirements and align proposed solutions.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, conflicting requirements, and areas requiring further analysis.
- Manage outstanding requirements and obtain client information, decisions, and approvals within agreed timelines.
- Maintain requirements documentation and communicate changes and impacts to stakeholders.
- Develop requirements templates, workflows, procedures, and documentation used across the Product team.
