Position Summary
Maplesoft Group is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist for a federal government client.
The role coordinates multiple CTS, cybersecurity, and ITS projects across their full lifecycle.
The position supports business alignment, security requirements, governance, Agile delivery, and release management.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is hybrid in Ottawa, Ontario.
- The position requires two days per week on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating and managing IT projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Experience developing project plans, schedules, resource assignments, status reports, and dashboards.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and resources across multiple workstreams.
- Experience engaging stakeholders, clients, business partners, and senior management.
- Experience with Agile project delivery and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Experience supporting release and change management activities.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
