Position Summary
Provide senior-level expertise in developing, configuring, integrating, enhancing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow applications and integrations while following platform governance and development best practices.
Location and Clearance
- The role is remote and available to candidates located in Canada.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain Reliability Status and provide at least five years of verifiable personal history.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, enhance, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM Pro, SecOps, HRSD, SPM/ITBM, BCM, Crisis Management, AI Control Tower, Service Portal, and custom applications.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into epics, user stories, technical designs, and development tasks.
- Maintain forms, tables, catalog items, record producers, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, scripts, ACLs, portals, dashboards, and reports.
- Design and support API-based integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot defects, incidents, enhancement requests, and root causes.
- Support testing, releases, deployments, validation, rollback planning, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
