SR. BUSINESS ANALYST (ANALYTICS)

Role Overview

Experience and Skills

• At least 8 years of experience in data science, AI engineering, advanced analytics, or related roles.
• Experience developing AI solutions with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with AI tools including AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Vertex AI Studio, and Databricks Mosaic AI.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, large language models, and modern AI architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Hugging Face, LangChain, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Semantic Kernel.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Oil and gas industry experience is a plus.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI and machine learning models for business use cases.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered applications.
• Integrate AI/ML models and LLM capabilities into BI platforms.
• Enable natural-language querying, automated insights, and conversational analytics.
• Evaluate and optimize LLM-generated responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Develop compelling data visualizations and dashboards for storytelling and real-time insights.
• Ensure data governance, model explainability, data lineage, access control, sensitivity labeling, and ethical AI practices.

Educational Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field is required.
• A master’s degree, particularly in artificial intelligence or machine learning, is preferred.
