SR. BUSINESS ANALYST (ANALYTICS)

Primary Purpose of the Job

Role Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI-powered applications, particularly those using large language models.
• Develop interactive dashboards, integrate LLMs into BI platforms, and create predictive models.
• Design and deploy AI and ML models for business use cases.
• Enable natural-language querying, automated insights, and conversational analytics through BI integration.
• Evaluate and optimize LLM-generated responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards for storytelling and real-time insights.
• Apply data governance, model explainability, data lineage, access control, sensitivity labeling, and ethical AI practices.
• Use Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly with business stakeholders.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 8 years of experience in data science, AI engineering, advanced analytics, or related roles.
• Experience developing AI solutions with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Vertex AI Studio, or Databricks Mosaic AI.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, LLMs, and modern AI architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Hugging Face, LangChain, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Semantic Kernel.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with business stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field is required.
• A master's degree, especially focused on AI or machine learning, is preferred.
• Oil and gas industry experience is a plus.
