Responsibilities
- Collect and document client requirements for process plant automation systems
- Prepare Functional Design Specifications, control philosophies, test procedures, and related engineering documents
- Develop PLC and SCADA applications using Siemens STEP 7, PCS 7, and WinCC
- Configure and troubleshoot communication networks (Profibus, Profinet, Industrial Ethernet)
- Execute internal testing, FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities
- Manage punch lists, resolve technical issues, and support smooth project handover to the client
- Work closely with internal and client teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering
- 5–9 years of proven experience in industrial automation with Siemens S7 400 and PCS 7
- Strong expertise in Siemens engineering tools (STEP 7, PCS 7, WinCC)
- Solid understanding of process automation, control systems, and instrumentation
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Valid Qatar driving licence is an advantage

About The Role
