Responsibilities
- Conduct safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees on topics including emergency response, hazardous material handling, accident prevention, and safe work practices
- Perform regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and non compliance with safety standards
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, local regulations, client requirements, and applicable HSE regulations
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce adherence to safety procedures
- Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments related to work activities, equipment, and the work environment
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Keep abreast of the latest HSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices, and recommend improvements to safety policies and procedures
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, and other HSE documentation as required
- Promote a proactive safety culture by encouraging employee participation in HSE initiatives and continuous improvement
Requirements
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor, preferably in Qatar
- Good knowledge of Ashghal requirements and QCS 2014
- Ashghal approved Safety Supervisor will be given preference
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast paced work environment

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Safety Supervisor to oversee and promote health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across our operations in Doha, Qatar.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and fostering a strong safety culture to maintain a safe and incident free workplace.
