Job Summary
- Seeking a proactive and detail oriented Safety Supervisor to oversee HSE compliance across operations in Doha, Qatar.
- Responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections and risk assessments, ensuring compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety training sessions and awareness programs on emergency response, hazardous material handling, accident prevention, and safe work practices.
- Perform regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and non compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, local regulations, and client requirements.
- Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety procedures.
- Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes.
- Keep abreast of latest HSE regulations and recommend improvements.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, and other HSE documentation.
- Promote a proactive safety culture by encouraging employee participation.
